Which Countries Do You Ship?
I ship worldwide. (International customers: please read about customs fees below.)
What payment types do you accept?
Payment is accepted by credit card only, typically through Paypal. If you do not wish to use Paypal, please contact me and I will send you an online invoice to be paid with another credit card processor.
Your photographs will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by E-Check through Paypal I will wait until the payment clears before shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are created after the order has been placed. Most orders will be shipped within 14 days. For custom orders and matting, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created. And, shipping will take a few additional days. If you have a deadline, or need your order rushed for a specific date, please contact me, and I will try to accommodate your request.
How will my order be shipped?
Within the United States all small photograph orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
Large photographs within the U.S. are shipped by UPS.
Greeting cards, and postcards are sent USPS 1st Class Mail.
International orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class International, or Priority International mail depending on the size of the order.
Will I be charge a duty or customs fee on international orders?
I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Alicia Bock Photography is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. Also, I am required by law to mark your package as “merchandise”. Asking me to mark your item as a “gift” is asking me to break federal laws.
What is your return policy?
I want you to be completely thrilled with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your photograph and I will replace (in the event of damage during shipment) or exchange it for an photograph of equal cost.
You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
I do not offer refunds.
In the event of a lost package I will ask you to wait 9 weeks before I replace your item. It has been my experience that even the most sidetracked packages, find their way in that time frame.
What type of paper do you use?
Your photograph will arrive on one of 2 different paper types.
If you have a preference, I would be happy to discuss it with you. Please let me know during the time of ordering, as most orders are printed on the metallic paper.
Is your work available for wholesale, consignment or licensing?
I welcome your wholesale and licensing inquiries. I am sorry, but I can’t accept any consignment contracts at this time.
